Creator

creator is an essential namespace on PTR. This namespace is used to notate who created a work. In the case of artwork, it's the artist. There can be multiple creators on a single file, but there shouldn't be extraneous creator tags. When first tagging an untagged file, adding the creator is often one of the first steps to take.
